Act VIII - Kicking Breakfast Up a Notch

It had been a while since I actually tried to make a nice breakfast. Thankfully, I had some mustard greens that were starting to wilt and thus, motivation to get off my ass on a Sunday morning and make some frittatas (i have no idea what the plural of frittata is).

His: mustard greens, caramelized spring onions, Dines Farm eggs, and a generous dousing of piri-piri.

Hers: all that minus the piri-piri, plus Dines Farm bacon.

Act VII - Taking it Nice and Easy

A lazy day for me and mine, and not too hungry either.  We whipped up this light dinner: garlicky fava bean spread, caramelized onions, some weird cheese with honey and fig, olives, and crusty bread.

Dines Farm's pork chops on a bed of charred fennel (I didn't eat this because it kind of felt like burned hair in my mouth, but it gave the meat good flavor)
