peppers, acorn squash, summer squash, bok choi, carrots, lettuce, purple basil

fruit share: raspberries and peaches
acorn squash with garlic, chili flakes and maple syrup
tomato, basil, parsley and goat cheese salad
roasted eggplant (from the last two weeks) and garlic puree soup with tatsoi (last week) and bok choi (this week)--I added tofu later for protein.
blanched carrots, beets (from 15) and radishes (from 13) with purple basil pesto
sauteed peppers with chorizo
raspberry-grand marnier sauce with vanilla icecream
