fruit share: 3 pints of raspberries--bet you a dollar we eat them as is.
roasted fennel and beet salad
fava bean, sauteed beet greens, garlic chips on spaghetti with fried bread crumbs and creme fraiche (the beet greens are really bitter--a squeeze of lemon helps)
butter-poached lentils with wilted radicchio and a splash of rice vinager
beets, fennel and a bulb of garlic
fava beans, peas and lettuce salad
carmelized radicchio and beet greens--no more bitter!!
Dines Farm's pork chops on a bed of charred fennel (I didn't eat this because it kind of felt like burned hair in my mouth, but it gave the meat good flavor)
