Act VIII - Kicking Breakfast Up a Notch

It had been a while since I actually tried to make a nice breakfast. Thankfully, I had some mustard greens that were starting to wilt and thus, motivation to get off my ass on a Sunday morning and make some frittatas (i have no idea what the plural of frittata is). 

His: mustard greens, caramelized spring onions, Dines Farm eggs, and a generous dousing of piri-piri. 



Hers: all that minus the piri-piri, plus Dines Farm bacon.

I have bacon at home. I need to make something with it tonight for dinner or tomorrow. Any ideas?

dang...sorry i didn't see this until now! i'm a big fan of bacon in sauteed veggies or greens. it will make pretty much anything even more awesome. or, it can go in a pasta dish (with peas in a cream sauce, for example). last, but not least, throw it in a pot of beans and you'll be happy.

I vote cabonara with EXTRA BACON!!! with a salad from the roof deck!!!
