fruit share: 8 pounds of peaches!!!Also, tonight was the night that JE and I performed our volunteer duties at the pickup spot, and while I don't have pictures of us doing that, I do have this:
Mr. Bill sweeping up beans--he came to meet us for dinner and we roped him in!!
panfried eggplant with goat cheese and windowsill mint with sorrel, lettuce and leeks
Mr. B's baby fennel (from a few weeks ago) and bean salad
oven roasted peaches with vanilla icecream
peach cobbler for dinner with The Professor

Mmmmm. What does one do with sorrel pray tell?

ST--"they" say it's great for soups, but last night I put it in a salad--pictures to follow!
A--yes, yes, he is-I hear he's great not only with veggie leavings but with soap bubbles as well.
